Good
news for Creative Salmon and their customers.
Tofino, BC January 13, 2008 -
Creative Salmon received
laboratory results yesterday from fish collected at its Eagle Bay
farm by a Fisheries Officer from the Ministry of Agriculture and
Lands on January 8th 2008. As anticipated all the results came back
negative. This confirms our previous test results from Eagle Bay and
the fact that Creative Salmon does not use Malachite Green.

Creative
Salmon has never used the product Malachite Green.
Tofino, BC January 8, 2008 –
Creative Salmon was informed by the US Food and Drug Administration on Thursday, December
27th, 2007 that Malachite Green had reportedly been found in a sample of fish from
our Eagle Bay farm. The fish was collected during routine sampling at the US border on
Dec 4, 2007. At this point we are unable to explain this result as all previous testing
of these fish have turned up negative.
